Hydrating Satin Lipstick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent the Yves Saint Laurent Rogue Pur Couture Satin Lipstick by Influenster to review! This lipstick’s texture was what every satin lipstick that claims to ‘hydrate’ should be. It applied onto the lip wonderfully. It should be said that this lipstick is long lasting but NOT smudge proof. The lipstick has the typical high end lip, perfume-y kind of scent, but it is super faint and you cannot smell it on the lip. I really like the way it makes my lips look hydrated and soft. I took one star off only because I cannot use this shade with out a lip liner, or else it’s sort of unflattering on my skin tone.

Very nice but not my favorite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lipstick feels very nice and soft upon application. The shade is really pretty but not one that I would usually choose for myself, I tend to gravitate to more plum colors. With that being said, I like the color, my husband also likes it. My only problems with it is, it almost kind of separates on my lips after some wear. It makes it look splotchy or worn out. I’m not sure if it’s because of the formula or the light shade against my darker lips. Other than that, I still like it, I would just have to re-apply more frequently. The lipstick itself doesn’t really have a taste but has a slight sent of rose. For the price YSL products go for, I would liked a more even formula that stays in place a little better.

Very gorgeous shade and smooth

So creamy and smooth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the creamiest feeling lipsticks Iv ever tried goes on so smooth. They are described as a long wear satin lipstick. For myself personally the glossy finish of the lipstick doesn’t last all day but It leaves my lips with a beautiful stain that does last all day. I fell in love with the formula and bought two more colors. Rose celebration is a true Barbie pink, nu muse is a pumpkin brown and rouge muse is a deep red perfect for the holidays. The price is high but they are a high end brand and the packaging is so classy and elegant. I have them displayed out on my vanity. I would recommend these lipsticks to anyone who likes the look of a glossy lipstick or anyone who’s looking for a more hydrating lipstick. One of my personal favorites.

Comfy luxe with refills
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Red lip with an elevated luxe experience. The color is so pigmented and the formula so comfortable and buttery. It just glides on your lips leaving a satin finish with so much color that you just need one swipe, but you can build it up if you want (I did it!). Packing is gorgeous and -according to packaging- refillable! That’s wonderful because it’s so pretty I wanna keep it forever. Cap is metal with some plastic components. The only thing I missed it doesn’t have is a metallic cap closure. I feel like for the kind of packaging and luxe it would have been nice to have it. It adds some extra and that luxe weight and feeling expected from YSL. Other than that I loved it!

So soft on your lips
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the softest lipstick I have ever used!!! It also does not dry your lips out it actually does the opposite!! The color is so rich and beautiful. It actually makes me step out of my comfort zone with the color but I’ll tell you it is gorgeous! It lasts a long time but it doesn’t leave my lips feeling dry or making it peel off. This lipstick feels like a chapstick with a bright beautiful color! It goes beyond any expectation I had!
