WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY & COLLECTION OPTIONS?


Next Day Delivery:

We offer Next Day Delivery for a faster and more convenient shipping experience.

To qualify for this service, orders must be placed before the cutoff times below:

Normal Working Days:

Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Ramadan Working Hours:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the following day, which may result in a 48-hour delivery window.

Next Day Delivery is subject to stock availability and valid delivery addresses within our service areas.

Orders that include engraving or customization services may require an additional 24–48 hours for processing, which may affect Next Day Delivery timelines.

Standard Delivery:

Standard delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days.

Delivery timeframe may vary depending on location.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed before order confirmation.

In case of any delay, customers will be informed and a new delivery date will be arranged where possible.

If an order remains undelivered within a reasonable period, Faces reserves the right to cancel the order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders that include customized or engraved items may require additional processing time.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

If no one is available to accept the delivery, you will have the option to schedule an alternative delivery date or receive instructions to collect the parcel from the courier company.


Click & Collect:

Our Click & Collect service allows you to place your order online and pick it up from one of our selected store locations.

This service is currently available at the following branches:

  • Faces City Centre Almaza
  • Faces Mohandesen
  • Faces Mall of Egypt
  • Faces D5

Collection Timeframes:

Collection timelines depend on the availability of the items in your selected store.

In-Stock Items:

If the items are available in your selected store at the time of purchase, your order will be ready for collection within 1 hour.

Out-of-Stock Items:

If the items are not available in the selected store:

  • Weekdays: Orders will be ready for collection on the next business day.
  • Weekends: Orders may take up to 2 business days to be ready for collection.

Order Confirmation:

You will first receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

Once your order is prepared and ready for pickup at the selected store, you will receive a "Ready for Collection" email notification.

Please do not visit the store until you receive the "Ready for Collection" notification.



WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

Cash on Delivery (COD):

All Cash on Delivery orders will be charged a 20 EGP service fee.


Next Day Delivery:

  • For all orders above 10,000 EGP and above: Delivery is free of charge.
  • For orders below 10,000 EGP: A delivery fee of 70 EGP will apply.

Standard Delivery:

  • For all orders of 4,000 EGP and above: Delivery is free of charge.
  • For orders below 4,000 EGP: A delivery fee of 50 EGP will apply.

Delivery charges will always be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.



CAN I DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes. You can ship your order to a different address than your billing address.

During checkout, you will have the option to enter and select both billing and shipping addresses.

WHAT DO I DO IF I MISSED THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

If no one is available to receive the order at the time of delivery, you will have the option to:

  • Schedule a new delivery date, or
  • Receive instructions to collect your order from the courier company.

1. Returns/Exchanges within 14 Days

Customers may return purchased items within 14 days from the invoice date, subject to:

  • For hygiene reasons, all types of accessories, makeup, and personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items that have been engraved cannot be returned.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Original price tags must be intact.
  • The original purchase invoice must be presented.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or online must be exchanged via the same sales channel.

2. Returns/Exchanges within 30 Days (Manufacturing Defect)

Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days if a clear manufacturing defect is detected, subject to:

  • Presentation of the original purchase invoice.

Section (A) – Sale Terms: Offer, Acceptance & Contract Formation


By placing an order through the Faces.eg website or mobile application, you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Sales are conducted either directly by Faces or through an authorized distributor whose name will be indicated upon order confirmation.


1. General Definition


Welcome to Faces, an online platform specializing in the sale of perfumes, cosmetics, and skincare products. By accessing or using the website or application, you confirm your full and final acceptance of all provisions contained herein.


2. Nature of Products

·      Products include original perfumes, internationally and locally recognized cosmetics, and skincare items.

·      All products are sourced from authorized suppliers and guaranteed for authenticity and compliance with applicable quality standards.

·      Products are intended solely for personal use and may not be resold without prior written authorization.


3. Product Validity and Condition

·      Products are provided with a clear and legible expiry date printed on their original packaging.

·      Customers must inspect products upon receipt and retain the original packaging in case of return or exchange.


4. Payment

·      Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and cash on delivery (no maximum limit applies).

·      An account with a third-party payment provider may be created for processing purposes.

·      Orders may be suspended or canceled if payment is not completed or if required information is missing or delayed.


5. Order Cancellation

·      Customers may cancel an order prior to shipment for any reason.

·      Faces reserves the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

o  Delayed payment

o  Incomplete or missing information

o  Product out of stock

o  Orders placed in commercial quantities (bulk orders)


6. Shipping & Delivery

·      Standard delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days.

·      Delivery charges and estimated timeframes will be displayed prior to order confirmation.

·      In case of delay, customers will be informed and re-scheduling will be attempted.

·      If the order remains undelivered within a reasonable period, Faces reserves the right to cancel the order.


7. Transfer of Ownership


Ownership of products passes to the customer upon full payment and delivery.


8. Invoicing


An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the customer’s registered email upon order confirmation.

Section (C) – Warranty & After-Sales Service

·      Products are sold “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

·      Perfumes and cosmetics carry no technical warranty due to their consumable nature.

·      Customers must report any manufacturing defects or damages upon receipt within 15 days.

·      Warranty does not cover:

o  Misuse or improper storage

o  Alteration or tampering with the product

o  Removal of original seals or labels

 

Section (D) – General Terms & Liability

1.    Use of the Platform

o  Faces is not liable for damages arising from misuse, overuse, or allergic reactions.

o  Platform use is restricted to lawful personal purposes only.

o  Prohibited actions include posting offensive, fraudulent, unlawful, or unethical content.

2.    Intellectual Property

o  All content (text, images, logos) is the property of Faces.

o  Users are granted a non-exclusive license to use content submitted to the platform.

3.    Liability Limitation & Indemnity

o  Faces shall not be liable for indirect damages or loss of profits.

o  Maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product plus applicable shipping fees.

4.    Account Suspension & Termination

o  Faces may suspend or terminate an account or order in case of breach, fraud, or non-payment.

5.    Force Majeure

o  Faces is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or urgent maintenance.

6.    Legal Relationship

o  The relationship between Faces and the customer is solely that of seller and buyer; it does not constitute agency, partnership, or joint venture.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts.


Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect your rights as a consumer under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.


The use of the Website or any of the Services or products available thereon is at your own risk, and unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, you assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your use of the Website or any of the Services or products available thereon.


UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL FACES OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, WORK STOPPAGE, ACCURACY OF RESULTS, OR COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, EVEN IF AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF FACES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TERMS & CONDITIONS

Subscribe & Save is a subscription service offered by Faces (“Subscribe & Save”). These Terms govern your participation in Subscribe & Save on www.faces.com and are between you and Faces and/or its affiliates. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Faces as appropriate in relation to Subscribe & Save. Please note that your use of the faces.com website is also governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy and Cookie Policy as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements, in each case as may be modified from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these Terms. We invite you to read these Terms carefully. By placing an order through Subscribe & Save, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

Subscribe and Save Benefits

Only selected products sold on faces.com qualify for Subscribe & Save ("Subscribe & Save Products"). The Subscribe & Save benefits identified on the Subscribe & Save details page for each Subscribe & Save Product and the Subscribe & Save information on the Frequently Asked Questions form an integral part of these Terms.

Your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel.

 

Faces reserves the right to change the Subscribe & Save benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.

 

We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

 

Eligible Purchases

Subscribe & Save benefits are limited to Subscribe & Save Products displaying the Subscribe & Save offer on the detail page of the product, and then only if you select the Subscribe & Save delivery method. Subscriptions are good while supplies last. Special limited time subscription promotions only apply during their effective dates. The selection of Subscribe & Save Products may change from time to time.

Subscribe & Save is only available to customers shipping to addresses in the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Items will not be shipped cross-border.

Brands excluded from Subscribe & Save discounts are Dior, Chanel, Benefit, Gucci, Makeup Forever, L’Occitane, Kerastase, Cartier, Steampod, Guerlain, Private collection for all brands (RC Gold, Gucci TAG, Armani Prive, Maison Lancôme, YSL Oriental, Tom Ford, CH Confidential, D&G Velvet, BV Palladiano and others as amended by Faces from time to time.

You need a customer account on www.faces.com to register for and purchase items through Subscribe & Save. Your subscriptions are personal to you and you may not assign or transfer your subscription(s) or any of the benefits associated with Subscribe & Save to any third party without our authorization.

Ordering Process and Product Availability

Once you have subscribed to regular deliveries for Subscribe & Save Products, products will be ordered and delivered automatically at the delivery frequency chosen by you at the time of subscription. Some subscription and product details (including but not limited to price, tax, discount, minimum deliveries required, shipping charges, and availability) may change over time as Faces deems fit. Each Subscribe & Save order will be subject to the then applicable subscription and product details. By placing your order for Subscribe & Save Products you are authorising us to charge your card for future orders at the frequency you have selected. Before each Subscribe & Save order is dispatched to you, you will receive an order confirmation message including order details ("Order Confirmation"). You will also be sent an e-mail at the address associated with your account confirming to you that we have, dispatched the Subscribe & Save order to you ("Dispatch Confirmation").

Each Subscribe & Save order constitutes a separate offer from you to purchase a Subscribe & Save Product. The contract of sale for each Subscribe & Save Product is concluded when it is dispatched to you and you receive a Dispatch Confirmation.

If any Subscribe & Save Product is not available on the date it is scheduled to be dispatched to you, you will be notified and we will attempt to fulfil your order at a later date as soon as the item is back in stock. If any Subscribe & Save Product is no longer available or discontinued, you authorize us to cancel your order. We will use our best ability to notify you of this change.

Delay due to non-availability of any Subscribe & Save Product will not affect the Subscribe & Save discount applicable to any other Subscribe & Save subscriptions you may have or to future orders for the same Subscribe & Save subscription.

Subscribe & Save subscriptions are void where prohibited.

Price, Payment and Renewal

For each Subscribe & Save order you will be charged the price (including Value Added Tax where appropriate) of each Subscribe & Save Product on the day your Subscribe & Save order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation, less the Subscribe & Save discount.

Subscribe and Save cannot be used in conjunction with any temporary discounts or time limited promo codes or special offers.

The charge for each Subscribe & Save order will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription or as otherwise directed by you. If we are unable to complete your Subscribe & Save order using the payment method you used to create your subscription or otherwise indicated by you, your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will be cancelled.

 

Cancellation or Modification of a Subscribe & Save Subscription

Your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will remain in effect until cancelled. You may cancel or modify your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) at any time via Your Subscribe & Save Items page, which can be found in your account.

 

If a Subscribe & Save subscription(s) is cancelled, you will only be charged for the Subscribe & Save order dispatched to you and no further Subscribe & Save orders for that Subscribe & Save Product will be placed. Cancellation of a Subscribe & Save subscription for any reason might decrease the discounts applicable to your remaining Subscribe & Save subscriptions. You can check the Subscribe & Save discount applied to your current subscriptions from your account.

If you reactivate a Subscribe & Save subscription that you previously cancelled, the discount applicable to your reactivated subscription may not be the same discount that was in effect prior to cancellation. The new discount will be applied to your future orders of that Subscribe & Save subscription.

If any problems arise with your delivery address, website account or payment method, which we are unable to address, we will notify you via e-mail using the e-mail address associated with your subscription and your Subscribe & Save subscription(s) will be automatically placed on hold. No additional Subscribe & Save orders will be processed or dispatched until the problem is resolved.

We retain the right to cancel subscriptions at any time on account of a breach of these Terms. If your subscription is cancelled, you will be notified and you will only be charged for Subscribe & Save orders for which you have already received a Dispatch Confirmation. Failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

 

Limitation of Liability

Without prejudice to the limitation of liability provision set out in the faces.com Website Terms and Conditions and to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, our liability to you will not exceed the amount of an individual Subscribe & Save subscription payment actually made by you during the course of your participation in the Subscribe & Save program

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer or our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our misconduct.


 

Amendments

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms, (including all applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the Faces.com website), without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION AFTER THE CHANGES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. If you do not agree to any changes to these Terms, you must cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription(s)

If any provision of this Terms, as may be amended from time to time is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision or change is deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

The purchase of products through the Website is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.


In order to make purchases on the Website, you must provide your personal details, including your real first and last name, valid mobile telephone number, alternate contact phone number, valid e-mail address, payment details, valid billing

address and other requested information as indicated. You represent and warrant that the payment details you provide are valid, complete and correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.


The Website is only available to persons who meet Faces terms of eligibility, those who hold a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Faces, and those who have authorized us to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the product(s) which they purchase.


Products purchased are for personal or gift use only and shall not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or for any other commercial benefit. Faces reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or delivery address.


By making an offer to purchase products(s), you expressly authorize Faces to perform credit checks and to transmit or obtain your credit/debit card information or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties to authenticate your identity, validate your credit/debit card, obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and/or authorize individual purchase transactions, as we deem necessary.


You agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks and such personal information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

The products appearing for sale on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability. If, for any reason following the placement of an order for product(s), we are unable to supply a particular product, we will inform you as soon as possible, cancel your order in respect of the relevant product(s) and refund you or re-credit your account for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the product(s) which cannot be supplied by us.

Please note that you can order up to ten (10) items of a product.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms and Conditions, or any other problem identified by us.

Faces will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of five (5) years.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, it is a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless cancelled, acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order by us. Completion of the contract between you and Faces will be perfected when we dispatch the products to you, at which time you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third-party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Faces.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Website, whether or not that product has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Website, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Every effort is made to make sure all details on the Website are accurate, however we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the product(s), we shall refund the full amount or re-credit your account in such sum as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund/re-credit once the products have been returned to us.

By confirming your purchase at the end of the order process, you agree to accept and pay the full amount payable for the product(s) as set out in your order, including any delivery charges applicable to that order.

The price of the products shown on the Website and delivery charges are shown in your local currency and are inclusive of any applicable taxes or import duties.

Delivery charges will be added to the price of the products and will be indicated in your local currency, separately on the order form during the check-out process. 

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Pay with Tamara: if you select the Pay with Tamara option, you will be redirected on Tamara platform and will be subject to their applicable terms and conditions

 

Pay with Tabby: If you select the Pay with Tabby option, you will be redirected on Tabby’s platform and will be subject to their applicable terms and conditions. Tabby is available for orders of value above 30 AED. The maximum amount depends on the credit limit on customer tabby account.

All credit/debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer. If the issuer of the credit/debit card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will cancel your order and contact you for an alternative method of payment.

The details on the credit/debit card used to make the payment must match the exact ID information of the cardholder as held by the issuer. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon completion of the shipping of your order by Faces. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

No credit/debit cards’ details will be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties except by our online payment gateway service provider.

We take reasonable care to make the Website secure. Rest assured that your card number will be protected using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is a security technology that encrypts your card details and provides a secure connection between Internet browsers and websites, allowing you to transmit private data online. All delayed payment options are subject to you meeting the respective Delayed Payment Provider's eligibility criteria and entering into a contract with the Delayed Payment Provider.

Use of a service provided by a Delayed Payment Provider is subject to the vendor's terms and conditions and we shall have no liability for the acts or omissions of the Delayed Payment Provider. These payment options will be made available to you at the time of Secure Checkout.


If you order product from our Website for delivery outside the UAE, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the allocated destination. You will be responsible for payment of any type of import duty and tax. Please note that Faces retain no control over these charges and are unable to predict their amount.
