DELIVERY

Standard Delivery:

• Standard delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days.
• Delivery Timeframe may vary based on location.
• Delivery charges and estimated timeframes will be displayed prior to order confirmation.
• In case of delay, customers will be informed and re-scheduling will be attempted.
• If the order remains undelivered within a reasonable period, Faces reserves the right to cancel the order.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Orders that include customized items (if applicable) may take longer. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

For all COD orders: Cash on delivery orders will be charged a fee of 20 EGP

Standard Delivery:

For all orders of 4,000 EGP and above: Delivery will be free of charge

For all other orders below 4,000 EGP: Delivery fee will be 50 EGP

Yes, you can ship to a different address. When you are in the checkout process you will be invited to enter and select the billing and shipping address
