Soft, Dark, and Bold

It has these fresh notes to it. The scent is bold but not overpowering. It has a slight sweetness to it and you can really smell the geranium and lavender. I love love love the bottle as well. It's so sleek and overall sexy. I am definitely a fan.

Great!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Y Le Parfum is an amazing cologne to add to your collection. It is by Yves Saint Laurent. The packaging of the box is very nice: all black box, and a beautiful bottle with an accent “Y” molded into the glass to bring it back to the title of the fragrance. The scent is woody with Geranium, Cedarwood, and Lavender. Those scents really do come through. The cologne is very sultry and smooth, but also soft and sensual. It is very alluring. I genuinely love it. Purchasing this fragrance is a good investment to make, since it is a quality fragrance and quality packaging. This perfume was an experience from the packaging right to the scent of the fragrance itself. I definitely recommend getting this product!

Absolutely exquisite! New favorite!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] YSL is such a fantastic brand and I was thrilled to receive this Y Le Parfum. The top notes are Apple, Aldehydes, Grapefruit and Ginger, but to be honest I could not for the life of me figure out what the key notes were - just that this scent is heavenly! I love men’s fragrances and I tend to prefer more musky, leather ‘masculine-type’ scents. I wasn’t sure I’d be too keen on this one based on the fruity and flowery make-up (other notes include geranium, lavender, sage, frankincense, tonkin beans, cedar wood, patchouli. I’m always in awe when I’m proven wrong or learn something about myself that contradicts what I’ve always known. I don’t hate scents including fruits (always thought I did!). I cannot describe this scent to give it justice. I think the base notes which are woody, spice and resin really come alive and combined with everything else, you get this unbelievable exquisite scent that is masculine, but also light and sensual. I love this scent, absolutely love it and if there’s a female version of it - I must get it! So very happy and thankful I was gifted by Yves Saint Laurent Beauty USA this fantastic perfume in exchange for my honest opinion.

Love it!

The Y LE PARFUM comes in a sleek black spray top bottle bearing the brand signature logo that wrapped around the bottle in a very nice position. I love the warmer notes of the parfum, a mixed of signature key ingredients like ginger, cedar wood, geranium and of course lavender. This is yet another amazing parfum that shows off the masculinity, sexiness and the Oh La La scent that lingers on the skin for quite a long time. My brother really liked this parfum and would highly recommend it to everyone because it’s so unique, fresh, crisp and BOLD! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to test and review this amazing product.

Excellent cologne!
It's an amazing perfume. I can feel the Apple and Grapefruit notes in the beginning and the dry down is even better with Lavender and Cedar. It's definitely a long lasting perfume. Easily 8 to 9 hours on my skin. I've got so many compliments from my friends. Definitely one of my Top 10.

Punch of purple(Lavender)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the EDP had a blueish opening , Y Le Parfum felt like a roundhouse kick from Barney , with sweet , yet balanced notes of lavender and grapefruit , in my experience . Another FANTASTIC fragrance from “Y” !! Highly recommended, 5 stars
