[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the YSL volume effect the curler mascara with the primer to dramatically increase the volume of my lashes with little effort. And in matter of seconds my lashes had the appearance of false lashes. I wore this mascara to work in the morning and a few occasions while going out shopping. A few close colleagues at work commented how my eyes looked different. Obviously not knowing at the time which mascara I had used until I told them when they complimented me. For work I didn’t apply the eyelash primer as I felt the mascara was sufficient to give my lashes a volume boost and a perfect day time look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the brush of this mascara,I find the thicker the brush the clumpier the lashes appear but as these are spaced out,the brush takes out the clumps.I would have liked the end of the brush to be smaller/pointer to get to those difficult and tiny inner corner lashes. In terms of curling,I found the mascara more of a lift rather then curl so I still used my curler.Maybe I need to work on my technique.Colour was intense and lasted the whole day even whilst cooking my Sunday dinner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this together with the Volume Effect Faux Cils Flash Primer. I have short, sparse lashes which are almost invisible without mascara, this gives amazing lift and curl. The mascara doesn't clump or flake and lasts all day. The curved brush makes the mascara easy to apply, you use the inside of the brush first, then use the pink bristles to separate and target individual lashes if you require.

I brought the YSL Curler a week ago and I am totally obsessed with it. This mascara Curler is everything, from giving your lashes length, Volume and that super Curled false lash effect. The evidence is in my pictures, no lash primer needed, with only two applications your lashes are transformed. I have been stopped so many times and asked if my lashes are my own and my reply is simple ... I use a fantastic mascara. The application is very easy and smooth. The thick curled brush is designed to ensure each individual eye lash is covered and curled. Absolutely prefect and ideal for everyday wear, giving your lashes that kick flick. To get the extreme false volume effect apply the mascara more than twice for the prefect evening/ dinner look. Would I highly recommend this product. Definitely YES

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product looks classy in a lovely rose gold packaging and the product is just as amazing. The mascara goes on well with the brush supplied which is a perfect curved shape to give your lashes a lovely long curl. You can even choose which side of the brush to use depending on the look you are going for, either curled or voluminous. You can also choos how much mascara you apply as it is easy to adjust how much mascara is applied on the brush, allowing even a light coat. I recommend using with the YSL primer for even greater eyes. My definite go to mascara for all occasions. Great for all ages, I often find it in my teenage daughters room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this with the flash primer to test the longevity of the product and loved the results, I have used false lashes before but they can damage the lash so this mascara was perfect for me. The applicator is large and allowed good distribution of the product with out any clumping I applied 2 layers and held the brush lifting the lashes up for a few seconds to achieve better results. This product really works at lifting and curling the lashes instantly without looking too heavy and unnatural, it lasted all day at work and when using it with the primer it even lasted on the beach and around the pool on holiday. Really good all round product didn’t need to be reapplied and removed easily without damaging lashes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a tricky start with this mascara first but I'm so glad I kept using it and now I'm absolutely loving it. At first my lashes got really clumpy, the brush confused me and I didn't like how my eyes looked at all. It took me over a week to figure out what is the best way to use this mascara. My lashes look much longer more defined and also volumised. I love the side of the brush with the little spikes,the lashes can be really separated and styled with it. It also coated every single lash of mine and it did not smudge at all. My only even better if would be about the colour. It could be more intense like a deep carbon black.
