Hydrating and Great Price
This Ampoule is a surprisingly really affordable price. In the k-beauty scene, there are a lot of brands that can get pretty pricey but this brand and their ampoule really is such a steal. It has great hydration and works very nice and clean on the skin. It doesn't target anything specific to correct when you shop for an ampoule though, so its really just more for some smooth hydration but the finish is very dewy and clean. I did try this on a sample program when I looked up the price and saw how affordable, it really makes it a good choice for having a hydration ampoule in rotation- then have specific serums and other ampoules when I am trying to target something specific.

Misleading and Disappointing – Not What It Claims to Be
I bought this serum expecting a product made with 100% Centella Asiatica, as advertised. Unfortunately, that’s far from the truth. It feels like there’s maybe 5% actual Centella in here—if that—and the rest is just cheap fillers. The texture is watery and synthetic, and it did nothing beneficial for my skin. In fact, I experienced irritation and small breakouts, which never happens with real Centella products. I checked the ingredient list more closely after the fact and was shocked to find so many unnecessary additives. This is not a clean or honest formulation. If you're looking for a pure Centella serum, stay far away from this one. Totally misleading marketing and a waste of money.

Après des années a utiliser ce produit je me suis enfin penchée sur la liste d'ingrédients suite a des sensations de brûlures en utilisant les produits skin1004 et je vois du butylene glycole en 2 ème sur la liste ???? Avant la centella?? En bas de pages au dessus de l'adresse mail du service client il est écrit que tous ce qui rentre en contact avec la peau doit être pur, laissez nous vous offrir la nature intact Blablabla...pourtant il ya du glycole dans tous vos produits et surtout les ampoule ou le glycole est en début de liste....le glycole un dérivé du pétrole et vous osé nous parlé de pureté et de nature.....ce fait doit être connue de vos clients donc a dénoncé sur nos chaînes youtube et insta

The results are incredible, especially if you're new to K-beauty and its hype. Its real.
This is my first Korean Skincare Product purchase ever. I am surprised but so so so happy that something finally works, showing you absolutely distinct results. Struggling with uneven skintone, super dull textured skin, and fine lines. THIS is magical, in one week of usage of Centella Cleansing Oil + Centella Toner + This Ampoule - my skin transformation has been Brightness + Plumpness + Smooth and Even Tone & Texture. Its a lot if one product can do this. I only wish they had something to firm and lift. I could trust this brand blindly now.

It's not that good
After using 1 month my skin got worse. Acnes are increased and having some allergy reaction recently. In the first, after using 1 day, it softened my skin but after a month my skin is full acnes. I am really dissapointed and regret buying it. It was expensive and on the social media people are saying this is the best product for acne, pigmentation and hydration but in reality it's just a marketing. It is not good as you think. My skin got awfull!!!!!! my skin was getting better before using centella but it's ruined now because of Centella!!!!

Gentle for sensitive skin
This ampoule feels lightweight, soothing, and has no scent which is an added bonus for people like me whose skin has big sensitivities to fragrance. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t dry down tacky, layers well under other serums and moisturizers, as well as makeup. It doesn’t feel especially hydrating, but so far has not caused me any issues. More time will tell if this product is really helping with hydration levels and calmness/redness, but so far so good! (*I received this product as part of a free sample program*)

I love this product!
It's been a wonderful experience. I was sent this product in a review box a few months ago and fell in love with it. Almost for months later on the smallest bottle (I use 2x a day) I'm almost out so I re-ordered with my own money. I love how soft, smooth and calm it's made my skin. I have extremely sensitive skin (can't wear most products or makeup without a severe reaction) so I was very nervous to try oil of any kind on my face. I'm thankful for this product. Please never change the formula. It's fantastic!
