Scandal Eyes Precision Micro Eyeliner - Black Eyeliner

Bought the waterproof one and it has amazing claims to be waterproof, sweat proof, smudge-proof... It didn't even last 30 minutes and it was smudged. When i went to fix it it had looked like I'd been wearing it for hours.. faded, smudged, gone.. I reapplied and it kept smudging. It came off really quick and easy with one swipe of a q-tip and water...

Great for a quick and easy wing. Tip is perfect to use as a stamp on desired area and you can easily apply the desired thickness. Easily buildable, lasted all day for me, and doesn't have that shine that comes with other eyeliners. My only dislike is that it's not waterproof, and the outer corner of my eyes can get watery sometimes after applying a wing so I just have to reapply. But overall, probably my new favorite eyeliner and would definitely buy again

On the packaging it say "long lasting, waterproof, smudgeproof, up to 24h". First of all, it was hard/messy to apply, I felt like I had no control over the applicator. It took quite some time to get a perfect line . Second of all, just a couple of hours later the liner was starting to fade and "crumble". Third, waterproof? No way. It faded even more when I was outside in light rain. Smudgeproof? Never, I just happened to touch it once and suddenly looked like a panda. For reference, I have normal to /slightly/ oily skin. I think this product could work for people with dry to normal skin, but not even the slightest for someone with oily skin.

I liked the microfine tip since it was easy to control, but the liner liquid stopped feeding to the tip really fast making it hard to apply anything. It was like a gray marker (for black liner) after just one line. I store upside down overnight and it still will only look good for one line before the liner liquid stops feeding. It worked well the first three times before this problem started happening making the full size eye liner unusable to me. It also easily transferred to my upper lid to leave a gray line. I do have oily skin, so maybe it is not as much of a problem for drier skin. If you want faded gray liner, just buy the black liner of this and use it a couple times.

My eyelids get oily throughout the day and my eye makeup barely stays on, even with primer. This managed to stay on all day with out transferring ! It doesnt crack or feel dry. The felt tip is flexible the way I like it (like a brush pen and not a sharpie). My friend has dry eye lids and said it burned when she used it. But for people with greasy eyelids this is amazing and budget friendly (sorry for the filter, this is from the first day I tried it)

While this eyeliner makes nice wings, it is one of the worst eyeliners I've bought. It is not waterproof as it can easily be removed with water. It also smudges at the top of my eyelid and feels sticky when I wear it all day the day. Although some recommend using a eyeshadow primer before applying it, I would honestly prefer an eyeliner that DOES NOT require extra products to make it work like it should. Good price, bad quality. I had high expectations for this eyeliner but was deeply disappointed. This was my first time trying Rimmel products but I don't think I can trust their makeup again.

MUST HAVE IN EVERY MAKEUP BAG!! Its such a great product and hits all the points: affordable, blackest black, easy to apply, easy to fix mistakes. I can rant and rave all day about it. The sponge at the end is like a pencil and makes it super easy for beginners too. Its just the perfect product to have.
