What are the delivery & collection options?

Next Day Delivery:

Orders placed before cutoff times will be delivered the next business day.
Normal Working Days: Orders before 4:00 PM.
Ramadan Working Hours: Orders before 2:00 PM.
Orders placed after cutoff will be processed the following day (may result in 48-hour delivery).
Subject to stock availability and valid delivery addresses.
Engraved or customized items may require an extra 24–48 hours.

Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days (may vary by location).

Yes, you can ship your order to a different address than your billing address. During checkout, you will be able to enter and select both billing and shipping addresses.

Returns/Exchanges within 14 Days

Customers may return purchased items within 14 days from the invoice date.
Accessories, makeup, and personalized items are non-returnable/exchangeable.
Engraved items cannot be returned.
Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, with original price tags intact.
The original purchase invoice must be presented.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Items purchased during promotions or online must be exchanged via the same channel.

Returns/Exchanges within 30 Days (Manufacturing Defect)

Customers may return/exchange products within 30 days if a clear manufacturing defect is detected.

Nice powder, annoying about the lid

This powder is adequate, especially for the price. It goes on nice enough. The downsides though, is that its difficult to actually shake the powder out, and when you do, the lid is only tiny to tip it into. Hard to dip brush in to the lid, so you end up with a big clump of powder on your face! But I guess you could use an old lid or something and it would be fine!

It works

Actually works, I have really oily skin and this seemed to work. Don't like the applicator though, it's like a shaker lid and you can't really pour it in to the lid. Sure I loose most of the product on my side just trying to get it on the sponge/brush.

The texture is really nice . Coverage 10/10 and the quantity is amazing !!

Best powder I've used!

I'm fairly new to â‚¬Ëœbaking' so this is the first type of this powder I have purchased! However it is the best overall setting powder I have used. It smells amazing, isn't too overpowering & does the job! So reasonable in price too! Win win!

Needs more range

I've been using the powder for a long time and while I like it and appreciate the quality, I have found that I need to mix two together as the lightest shade is too light but the colour of the next shade is too dark.
