My go to for applying liquid foundation
I bought this baby, and I need to invest in more. I'm 38 and it is important to have a smooth application. If your looking for an airbrushed finish this brush will get the job done and more. I highly recommend it...

Good product!
I bought this recently and used it for couple of times. Size is good, it works excellent. I only washed it two times. When I opened it for the first time, it had a bad small.

Great for foundation!
I bought this brush about a month ago and have used it nearly every day since. I use it to apply a liquid foundation (CoverGirl Tru Blend) before using Bare Minerals products for the rest of my face. The brush is firm but soft and really applies the product well when I use a circular buffing motion to work the liquid foundation into the skin. I do use Bare Minerals Quick Change brush cleaner after every other application (with a full wash every week or two) - between that and using a buffing technique to apply my foundation, I've never had a streak problem with this brush. Definitely recommend it and am planning to buy some as gifts for my sisters and friends.

Changes
I was a bit disappointed to see that the shape of the expert face brush had changed. I love the first one I bought 3 years ago. I use it every single day and it hasn't shed, hasn't changed color and is still going strong, I love it so much I decided to purchase a back up so I wouldn't have to wash it every single day. I am very disappointed that the new version of the expert face brush is not identical to the new version I have. The new brush is less dense, more square shaped as opposed to a nice rounded shape the first brush had... And is in general floppier, has more give that the first one I purchased 3 years ago. I definitely prefere the first one I purchased.

Wonderful!
I've always used my fingers when applying liquid foundation and had seen and heard how great it was to use a brush. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a brush in case I didn't like it, but after some research and reading the reviews, I decided to give this one a try. Needless to say, after my first attempt at using this brush, I was really impressed at how well it worked. At first I thought that I hadn't used enough foundation because it went on so evenly and so easily. But after further examination I saw just how smooth my skin looked and how well the foundation had blended in. I couldn't believe how nice and even everything looked! I would definitely buy this brush again.

Good & Affordable
Real techniques are great quality brushes for the price and this one definitely is one of them. The hairs are very soft and -if you take care of it- it doesn't shed. I think this is a great brush for multiple uses. However I would not say it's my HG brush for foundation. It definitely needs a daily clean if you are using liquid/cream foundation because it really absorbs the product and then will just slide around your face leaving streak marks after a couple uses. I did try it with powder and my bare escentials and it worked great for that. Definitely recommend to add to any makeup brush collection.

Works Excellent!
I bought this brush after seeing all the reviews on it. I was a bit skeptical about it, but after I bought it Iwas one of the best purchase I have ever made. I use it to apply my BB cream and I always get complimented on how nicely blend my makeup looks and how nice my complexion looks. I love this brush is my absolute favorite it kicks all of my other brushes to the curb. Thank you Real Techniques

tough multipurpose lifesaver
Y'know this really works on almost anything you throw at it. From drugstore formulas to pro brands, from sheer to full coverage. I mix many products in my work - moisturizers with foundations, cream blush with oils, body paint, glitter, gloss etc. and it's always the brush I reach for. It has the right firmness to blend products on the back of your hand, on a steel palette or just directly to the face. I began with one as a gift and now I have five. Distributes products so well. Withstands washing too. Don't use it to blend your undereye concealer though - not the right size, nor softness.
