Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure:This allows the sunscreen to properly absorb into your skin and create a protective barrier. 3. Reapply frequently:Reapply sunscreen every two hours, or more often if you're swimming, sweating, or toweling off. 4. Don't forget sensitive areas:Be sure to apply sunscreen to often missed areas like your ears, the back of your neck, and the tops of your feet. 5. Use in conjunction with other sun protection measures:Seek shade, wear protective clothing, and wear a hat and sunglasses when possible. 6. Check the expiration date:Make sure your sunscreen is still effective by checking the expiration date. 7. For external use only:Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
