HOW TO APPLY ROUGE ARTIST SHINE ON?
STEP 1: Click the lipstick cap on the back of the lipstick.
STEP 2: Apply ROUGE ARTIST SHINE ON to the center of the upper lip, following the cupid’s bow and apply the lipstick to the center of the lower lip.
STEP 3: Apply ROUGE ARTIST SHINE ON starting from each outer corner of the center of the upper lip.
STEP 4: Turn the bullet to use sharp part to give precision to the result.
STEP 5: Use the cap’s slanted end to clean and finish the application for an extra defined result.
