[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the only red shade from this chocolatey collection. It’s a very deep shade of red but it’s flattering. The pros: it smells delicious! Just like chocolate. I also love the applicator which has a slight tilt to make application easier and more precise. It can be quite drying but it lasts hours and hours. I wore this when I was out and during a 9 hour day, I had to reapply a tiny bit once. I only reapplied like a dot in the middle of my lips because I ate etc. I don’t think people with dry lips would like this very much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although this smells lovely! I don't like this lipstick at all. The colour wasn't what I was expecting and it was very sticky. After application, my lips were sticking together and it felt quite messy on my lips. I removed it with a tissue and even after I'd taken it off my lips were mega sticky. Although the idea of the matte look is nice, the actual lipstick is very sticky and this colour in particular is very dull and doesn't give full coverage. Dissapointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lipstick smells indeed as a cup of coco. What an idea this was from the brand's team to go for this! I like the texture - very soft, quite moist and easy to apply. This is very matte and had full coverage over the lips. Loved the applicator as gives you the opportunity to have a wide and narrow angle during application. Overall, can advise to go for this lipstick for everyday use. I've chosen a more nude shade and this works for me on a daily basis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The look of the product itself I love t looks so expensive. The smell is devine. The couloir beautiful and had a lot of compliment a on the colour. Really easy to apply with the heart shaped wand. Lasts all day and doesn’t smudge. I’m going to be buying other shades when’s available but rally love this one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loreal's recent releases of lip products have been brilliant. I ordered the Ulttra Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade Tasty Ruby which is a mid toned, blue-red colour. Since it's the chocolate collection, it smells wonderful and the tilted, pointed applicator makes it really easy to apply. The formula is opaque in one coat and dries really easily. It is a very matte formula. It transfers slightly onto my hand it I touch my lip with medium pressure but does not transfer onto drinks bottles/glasses easily. The formula is not overly drying to the lips, but you can sort of feel it on your mouth, it also has a mildly sticky quality for a while. It is very long wearing - I had to use an oil based makeup remover to take it off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shade this product came with was amazing i love the fact that it is so suttle on the lips. When applying it was quite thick so less product was needed on the lips it was easily to spread with the tool provided. The matte effect was perfect now too matte but just perfect however i did have to apply this lipstick twice as the moisture had gone in less time. Though overall the fragrance of the lip colour wasn't harsh not was the texture so i would certainly recommend this to family members and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of this product is that the packaging is beautiful. It's simple with a frosted effect and bronze detailing, and looks more like a designer brand. It really does look and smell just like chocolate. I think it's a standard matte liquid lipstick so it's perfect for anybody who likes them and uses them regularly, but it wasn't really for me. I found it tough to blend and the formula was really drying, even with moisturiser underneath.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's like gliding melted chocolate onto my lips - and it smells so good!! It's super pigmented, it glides onto lips so smoothly, it doesn't dry out lips, and it lasts all day - it doesn't transfer or wear off (and you need waterproof make-up remover to get it off!) I love this, but when fully dried, it's kinda sticky throughout the day - it's not sticky to the touch, only when my lips are pressed together. Other than that, I love this!
