The best stick foundation on the planet!!! Love love the variety of colors available but best of all is the smooth application and long wear I get from the shade 420 bisque teint ultra stick foundation!!

This was my first time trying Lancome's cream foundations. I bought this in shade 450 Suede Neutral, because the picture on the website looked exactly like my shade. I am a deep medium honey brown tone. Pros: The application and formula is silky smooth and buttery. It feels like cashmere on. It is very comfortable and just glides effortlessly. Highly transfer proof, the color stays on long and strong. And, I was able to easily blend this foundation with other brand foundations to create beautiful tones & colors that matched lovely. So this stick can be used as a base or blender-color if you need to add a Cooler or highly Neutral tint on top of what you're wearing. Cons: The color match is odd and comes off very ashy, pink, and grayed-out. No warmth or natural face appeal. I went in the mall to Lancome to purchase an additional one in my color, but all of these tubes have ill-matching or awkward colors and wrong labels. The consultant gave up after not being able to match me. She would try a shade on me, I would step outside with the mirror from the Lancome counter and see that, Nope, in natural light it would not match. Another con is if you are wearing this foundation alone, your face will look like an orange showing all texture and pits, which you don't naturally have, if you do not blend it completely out until it's no longer really even on your face. No blurring effects or smoothing beautiful set. It doesn't glisten or give a dewiness. It just misses the mark on key levels. This has the potential of being skin-like with a little serum, smoothing agent, or moisturizer added. FINALLY, my biggest complaint is that my tube stank. Like, it literally had an old or outdated product smell.. and that's not fair for what I paid for it. I can smell it on my face. That's upsetting. It smells expired. Oh and the brush is useless. All in all, I rate 2.5-3.0 stars. I would buy this if it was a cream foundation that was improved. As of now, I would not buy this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear Foundation Stick was very easy to use. It is so convenient that the brush is on the opposite end of the foundation stick. Truly the perfect combination! The foundation stick glided on my skin easily and blended well. The brush bristles were stiff but yet very soft on my skin. The foundation blended seamlessly with the brush and provided a beautiful finish. I did not use primer with it and it still gave a matte non greasy finish. No other brush was needed to blended the foundation into my skin. I highly recommend this. Easy to travel and use. I will repurchase this again for sure!

Typically I find foundation sticks to be greasy and thick but I was shocked how light weight this is. I also really like that this has a built in brush- it makes it the perfect travel companion in a very compact design. The makeup is also long lasting and doesn't rub off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely beautiful. It glides on very smoothly and doesn't feel heavy/cakey on my skin. The built-in kabuki brush helps blend it in so well. I tried blending it with my fingers as well, but the brush did a better job. My skin is on the drier side, so I made sure that I moisturized well prior to using this foundation.

I have used Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation for over 5 years now. I can truly say as a maturing graceful woman that this stick gives me the best ever coverage without looking cakey or overdone! Something no one @ any age wants!
