Outstanding
I purchased this after trying a 30ml bottle that came with a Lancome mascara purchase. It was my first time using the product, although I had always heard excellent things. Wow! The formula is non-greasy, dissolves all traces of mascara and is gentle enough that there is absolutely no discomfort if it accidentally gets into your eye. It leaves my lids feeling moisturized and is the perfect first step in my skincare routine. I find that after time, and many mixes, the liquid does not separate fully, i'm not sure why this is, but it hasn't diminished its effectiveness. I will continue to buy this product for as long as Lancome make it! The bottle lasts months too!

Best eye makeup remover
I have sensitive eyes and tried too many other makeup remover before finding this one and since I started using it I never have irritated eyes when removing my mascara, love how gentle it removes all my eye makeup and leaves it soft without any irritation, thank you lancome!

A superlative product in every respect
Bi-Facil Instant Cleanser for sensitive eyes Just a small amount of this beautiful product on a cotton pad applied with a gentle wipe removes all traces of eye make up more effectively than any other product I have used. Its texture is silky, non oily and a single wipe is all that is needed to remove all my eye makeup including primer. It is the only product that have encouraged my daughters to use as a 'must have'. It is an economical, effective purchace which lasts a long time and I wouldnt use anythig else. Try it and give your delicate eye area the treatment it deserves!

The only eye remover product I will buy!
I first used Bi-Facil over 25 years ago. The referral came from a friend who introduced me to a product that would be kind to my eyes. I have never used anything else in all that time! I've never found a quality product like this that works as well to remove waterproof mascara, is kind to my eyes and contact lenses and doesn't make my eyes swell. Bi-Facil has always been my go-to, and will always remain my go-to.

Awesome eye make up remover
I tried lots of different eye make up removers but the lancome one is the best. My eyes are very sensitive. This make up remover is very soft on my eyes but very effective. It removes all make up instantly and doesn't sting my eyes that is very important. I am happy I eventually found the best eye make up remover. I will definitely repurchase it again.

All time best eye make-up remover
As a fitness trainer, I use waterproof eye make-up exclusively. No other make-up remover works as well as Bi-facil. It is kind on the delicate skin around my eyes, but whisks away all traces of make-up effortlessly. I have been a Bi-facil devotee for many years and plan to keep using it.

Something my mother always used
Have now been using this for over 4 years. My Mum always used it and she always had beautiful skin. I now wouldn't be without it in my nighttime regime. Works so well to take off all of my makeup and leaves the skin smooth and fresh. Feels right for going to sleep.

Best makeup remover I have ever tried!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally got a sample of this in a previous order and loved the effectiveness of it so much it was a must to buy it again. Removes eye makeup in just one swipe, its so good! Dont think ill ever be going back to the supermarket brands again! Highly recommend!
