[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My mascara is the most important piece in my make up bag as I don’t wear much make up and my mascara is probably the only thing I wear religiously every day. I have used a well known brand for years and wouldn’t have thought of swapping until now. The bottle itself is stunning and so I gave it a go. At first it seemed to go on very thinly and I was dubious it would do what it said it would but after the second coat my lashes looked amazing and it really did plump and add volume. On the third coat, seeing my lashes looking better than ever before, I was sold. I will definitely be buying this in the future even though it is a little pricier than my normal brand it is definitely worth the money. Thank you Dior, I will definitely be trying more of your products in the near future too.

I purchased this last month after searching high and low for a mascara to match an eyeliner I am obsessed with, and….. It is amazing!! It is the perfect blue and it gives high society punk rock vibes. No flaking, long lasting and if you are looking to add a little something new to your beauty routine- this is the way to go! I do a lot of different makeup looks, and this could be used as a subtle nod to current trends, or as part of a bold blue in your face look.

Dior overcurl in black, which has been my go to for many years now, is out of stock of online and in store so I purchased this mascara instead and let’s just say I will never purchase it again. Although the bottle is designed to be squeezed when removing the wand there is still a tonne of product that remains on the brush.. hello tarantula eyes! Clumpy and really not what I was expecting. The colour is an intense black though which is great hence the 2nd star

I have been buying this mascara for 2 years as it has been really good. However it has changed and is now terrible, even on its first use the wand came out thick and clumpy, over loaded with product. It is far too sticky in consistency and causes the lashes to clump together and it is impossible to separate the lashes. I am very upset at how poor this product now is and deeply regret spending so much money on a black mascara I can not use at all.

Unfortunately this mascara is too much for me! It’s a very dry heavy formula meaning it clings to your lashes brilliantly but it’s clumpy spider territory even when I take some off the brush. Too clumpy but it does do the job it’s meant to. If you like super dramatic lashes that look like false ones, with a ton of volume then this is perfect. The only time I’ve had a little bit of smudging was when I got caught in the rain, but that wasn’t really anything just minimal on the lower lash line. It’s such a shame, but I like natural looking fanned out lashes that are nicely separated, this is the absolute opposite- very dramatic I just clearly bought the wrong thing. On a side note the brown colour is really nice, a warm brown that’s not too dark and brings out nice tones in your eyes! The reason I’ve given 5 stars is because it’s a brilliant mascara in its own right just not one I’d personally be getting again

I love the wand on this mascara, it’s little plastic nubs instead of the typical fluffy wands which helps to separate my lashes and gives me really great volume and fullness. I took one star because the formula became clumpy after only a couple of weeks and I can’t use it anymore. This didn’t happen with the sample I received so maybe I purchased a bad full size mascara?

The brush is top of the range, brushes through every lash, and covers till thinnest ends of lashes which definitely makes them look longer. Colour I used is black and is very intense. Dior Pump'n Volume stay put for whole day, does not smudge or crumble. I am very happy with this mascara, will definitely be my number one! Thanks!
