Opulent and Creamy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free for sampling purposes. Acqua Di Parma's Zafferano is a mesmerizing fragrance that aims to capture the essence of luxury. The saffron note in this scent is warm and inviting, expertly blended with the rich and spicy notes of cedarwood and sandalwood. Theres also an almost creamy orange accord layered in which I rather enjoy. Given the note breakdown, I’d consider this to be unisex, leaning slightly feminine. The performance is what you’d expect from an EDP concentration and sticks around for many hours. Overall, Zafferano is definitely worth trying out and is a fantastic addition to the Acqua Di Parma collection.

It’s ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It wasn’t bad but it leans more masculine than feminine to me. It was really strong and it kind of bothered me when I had it on because all I could think about was the smell. These are pretty expensive so be sure to like it before splurging.

Warm citrus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On my initial spray of this perfume it was rose/floral heavy. As it dried down I was left with a warm citrus scent, almost like honey. This perfume had an okay lasting time on my skin, but nothing impressive for the price point.

No staying power.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve now tested this perfume several times, and it has left me disappointed due to it lasting only 3-4 hours. The opening scent is very rose forward, which isn’t my favorite, but some will enjoy. The rose quickly fades to the background after 30 to 45 minutes and the more amber scent is left. I really enjoyed that more spicy, woodsy scent. I found myself sniffing it throughout the day, noting the complexity and its changes. All though I ended up liking the scent, there is no staying power at all. To get through a full morning to night, you would have to reapply a few times, which is not reasonable especially for this price level of perfume.

Citrusy, and floral
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zafferano is a pretty light fragrance from. The start. I 100% say this is a unisex fragrance. Right after the first spray there is a subtle lemony, citrus note that come out. Really nice. Once it sits for a few seconds to a minute, you can really get that saffron and floral notes from its. Pretty much the whole time I could get florals which is decently blended well in and strong and pungent. Then on the dry down there is still the floral, with nice woody, vanilla/tonka note which is really subtle and pleasant. To me lasted about 5 hours on my skin.

Very fresh and elegant scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very much enjoyed the scent of this fragrance, which had a mix of citrus notes, floral notes, bergamot, and a little bit of spice. They all blended together incredibly well for an elegant, non overwhelming scent. A couple of sprays of this will easily last throughout the day. While it is technically a unisex scent, it did feel like it was leaning more on the feminine side. For me personally, I feel that the scent might be slightly too feminine for my taste, but I would gladly buy this as a gift for a loved one.

Classy, mature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Classy, mature fragrance. To mean this leans feminine due to the florals. The opening is strong but the dry down is great. In the dry down the projection isn’t as strong as the opening but in my opinion that’s better. Ingredients used seem to be natural and not synthetic. If you are a young man I’d say this fragrance probably won’t suit you. This isn’t your normal crowd pleasing scent from the department store, if you’re looking for something unique give it a try. 35+ would be my recommendation.
