[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When finally I found a make that looks good the container is a total disgrace. It blocks and then if you press the valve a bit harder throw the product 2 metros away. I ruin walls, clothes and ruins anything around. Really is a disaster.

So I've been using the super stay foundation for some years now and the current one is such a huge dissappointment. It doesn't blend into the skin and leaves patches on the face. It feels like a paint and not the old super stay foundation I used to know. People who never noticed me wearing foundation(because it was so natural) have noticed this week and keep asking what I'm using for my face. I hope the team can revert back to the initial formula because this one is a no no. I'm forced to find another brand since what I'm using now is not helping and making me loose confidence.

the 24 hr super stay was my holy grail. not even mac or two faced looked as good on my skin as the super stay did. i have been gutted since they discontinued the formula years ago. whyyyyy!!!! i was hoping they would see the reviews and realise the old formula was better and bring it back. i have been saving my bottle from 2020 and only use it on special occasions. unfortunately i am almost out and the panic is setting in. it’s sad because trying out foundations is expensive and always disappointing. i don’t believe anything will ever look as good as the 24hr super stay. my heart is broken.

As a true dedicated love of the 24 hour super stay foundation for many years I was devastated when I couldn’t find anyone who sells it anymore, the shelves are stocked with the new 30hour version, I thought to myself wow, this must be better…. I WAS WRONG!! Despite getting the same ‘nude beige’ colour I’m used to the new formula is lighter, I still have a little bit of my 24 hour superstay so I compared them, the new 30 hour goes patchy with in an hour, definitely doesn’t stay as long as the 24 hour superstay and the new formula doesn’t cover my freckles or any of my rosacea not that my confidence is completely shook after walking around for a whole day thinking my makeup looked as it did when using the 24 hour superstay and getting home and seeing the blotchy red creasy mess that this new “30 hour” foundation has left me in, and the fact that most of my products are maybelline, i am now forced to find myself a new brand of make up as I am worried they are going to randomly change something else that doesn’t need fixing

I used to use the old formulation and received so many compliments. It was semi-matte, buildable, high coverage, blendable and the colour was amazing. When it was discontinued and replaced with this, I was so disappointed. This new one is patchy, not buildable and the colour range is poor. You can't even blend it, its so dry. I hate it. I threw it away. Have been buying the OG from overseas paying triple the price (as it's amazing) but will be looking at other brands for a foundation as I can't keep paying 60 dollars for a maybelline product shipped from overseas.

My favourite foundation! The only one I use. It has great coverage that works best for me and my skin, no reactions, great for sensitive skin. It is definitely long lasting, it stays on all day without having to touch it up and it gives a nice smooth and beautiful finish. It doesn't have SPF which is great because that isn't good for my skin. This foundation has the perfect formula and texture. I do have very dry skin and underneath I will always use a moisturiser but there's nothing to fault about this foundation, love, love, love it. Photo ready for sure!

The 24 hour super stay full coverage foundation was my go to for almost a decade. It always made my skin look flawless, bendable, and barely budged all day. It was even competitive to urban decay all nighter foundation for a much more affordable price... until they updated the formula to the 30 hour active super stay. This foundation is awful. I have hoped they would revive the old formula as I've been searching for a replacement for the last few years and cannot find one. The new one is too heavy, dries too quickly so you cannot blend it, sucks into every wrinkle and pore, really aging you, oxidises weirdly effecting it's colour match, and creases poorly throughout the day. Please, please bring back the old super stay 24 hour formula.

When I first put this on, I thought it looked great, however within 30 mins, it started to crack and settle into my lines, it wore off where my glasses sit on my cheeks and after a few hours it looks so terrible, dry cracking, flaking, settling into pores and to make things even better...... it started to itch! My skin was so irritated. A day later I’m left with red patches, dryness under my nose and under my eyes were slightly swollen.. If you have sensitive skin! Do not use this! It’s not good for dry skin and even dried out my oily tzone....
