- أيام رمضان: الطلبات قبل الساعة 2:00 مساءً → توصيل في يوم العمل التالي.
- الطلبات بعد وقت الإغلاق → معالجة في اليوم التالي (قد تصل المدة إلى 48 ساعة).
- الطلبات المخصصة أو التي تتضمن خدمة الحفر قد تحتاج 24–48 ساعة إضافية.

ما هي تكلفة التوصيل؟

الدفع عند الاستلام (COD): 20 جنيه مصري لجميع الطلبات.
التوصيل في اليوم التالي:
- الطلبات ≥ 10,000 جنيه مصري: التوصيل مجاني.
- الطلبات < 10,000 جنيه مصري: رسوم 70 جنيه مصري.
التوصيل العادي (Standard Delivery):
- الطلبات ≥ 4,000 جنيه مصري: التوصيل مجاني.
- الطلبات < 4,000 جنيه مصري: رسوم 50 جنيه مصري.
مدة التوصيل العادية: من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف حسب الموقع.
سيتم عرض رسوم التوصيل والمدة التقديرية للتسليم قبل تأكيد الطلب.
في حال حدوث أي تأخير، سيتم إبلاغ العملاء ومحاولة إعادة جدولة موعد التسليم.
في حال عدم تواجد شخص لاستلام الطلب عند التوصيل، يمكنك تحديد موعد تسليم آخر أو استلام الطلب من شركة الشحن.

Beautiful texture

Can’t live without this product! I purchased the complexion palette when it was available and so happy with my kit now! The texture is perfect if you want a hydrating glow or a matte finish, this formulation lets you play as you wish!

Bring back refill pans!!! Let’s be sustainable!

Would be 5 stars if we could buy refill shades - PLEASE start selling them again! I’ve purchased six of these now and there are two shades I always run out of first. The older version of the palette had notches to pop out and replace the pans but the new ones don’t, so it seems like MUFE is actually leaning away from being more sustainable and allowing us to refill palettes. So disappointing and so incredibly wasteful. Would also love to see the option to create our own custom pallettes with full range of cream color products. Come on MUFE, do better!! You will actually sell more if you listen to your customers!

All in one !!!

Great for me as someone who doesn't love make up . This makes it convenient for me as It replaces foundation, concealer, blush , contour , bronzer and eye shadow. I only have to worry about lips and mascara. I will say that being fair means you won't use any foundation shade other than the lighter color. I wish there was an option to get less skin colors.

LOVE IT! BUT NEED MF TO SELL REFILLS!

I bought this 1 Month ago & I LOVE it! However, I’m already out of my favorite foundation shade! I really need Makeup Forever to sell the refill palette replacement pans for these kits! I’m even willing to buy a full size option of that one color if it was an available product! I beg you, PLEASE start selling the shade “warm vanilla” in refill pans??? I really Love this product & would continue to use it everyday if I could replace colors. I love how convenient it is to take on the go! You truly an do your entire face with this one palette! I would Love to be able to continue to just take one item with me when I’m rushing out the door in the mornings. :)

In Love with this palette!

In Love with this palette! As a freelance makeup artist and a lover of high quality makeup- this palette exceeded expectations. I have very sensitive skin and the foundation did not irritate my skin. MIND BLOWN

I haven’t used makeup myself in years, but this pallet left me looking and feeling like I would after having my makeup professionally done for photoshoots in my time of modeling. I never thought I would be able to recreate that perfect base and blending, but LET ME TELL YOU, this pallet gets the job DONE! And I’m able to do a full face in less than 15 minutes. And the best part, the colors are perfect for my skin! I’ve never been able to pick a foundation or concealers or contour that were actually my perfect match. This pallet just looks like my skin! So, all this to say, GET THE PALLET.

Need replacement pans!

I LOVE this palette, however, I need to replace 2 of the pans. It seems wasteful to have to buy an entire new palette, especially since the palette is so sturdy and will last a very long time. Please come out with replacement magnetic pans!
