[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bi-Facil is a product I was aware of but only recently tried. Bi-Facil always features on best product in beauty editor recommends lists. Comprised of a lipid and water layer you shake the bottle to mix and activate the product.The product requires mixing to activate the two layers. Soak a cotton pad and press gently onto your closed eyes and hold for a few seconds before gently wiping away. The Bi-Facil cleanser removes mascara easily. And here’s the thing. No greasy oily residue remaining. Nadda, nothing. I have sensitive skin and this didn’t irritate my skin at all. No odour and unperfumed. This really does deserve its stellar reputation.

Lancôme Bi-Facil Non-Oily Instant Cleanser is amazing. The travel-size bottle is very convenient to carry in my bag. This bi-phase eye makeup remover has a lightweight formula that surprised me with how quickly it removes makeup, even waterproof products, without irritation to my eyes or skin. I no longer have to waste time or rub my eyes to remove my makeup. I shake the bottle, pour some onto a cotton pad, and gently swipe it across my eyes. For long-lasting makeup, I place a cotton pad on my eye area for 30 seconds to a few minutes, then wipe it away. My eyes look clean, fresh, and soft with no dryness or discomfort. This powerful yet gentle cleanser is a great addition to my everyday skincare routine, and I highly recommend giving it a try!

It's non oily but still so gentle.It was quick & easy to remove waterproof mascara ,eyeliner or makeup in one go.After use my skin felt clean & soft , not drying at all.It was treat to use. It is so easy I can take it off instantly without rubbing my eyes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lancôme Bi-Facil! This is the best eye makeup remover I've ever used! I wasn't sure how it wouldn't be oily? because most eye makeup usually are. You can see the 2 liquids separated inside the bottle and after a few shakes to activate the bi-phase, it's mixed together giving a pretty shimmering blue liquid, it does have some foam but that's normal as stated. I like how you can put how much of it on to a cotton pad because my usual eye makeup remover it just pours out so alot is wasted. It's non greasey and just a few wipes it glides over your eyes with no rubbing, it works effortlessly and effectively removing even the Lancôme Monsieur Big waterproof mascara, giving my eyes a soothing cleanses feeling, it didn't irritate my eyes and I'm relieved that there will be no more Panda eyes! I would recommend this to everyone, does the job in half the time and gentle to your eyes!

The bottle is a nice size and is attractive in design. You are told to shake gently before use and when you do, the two elements mingle and sparkle in a magical way. It claims to be a non-oily cleanser suitable for sensitive eyes and that it will remove all types of make-up even waterproof ones. After trying this out I can confirm that it does indeed remove everything with ease. The cleanser has a lovely flowery light scent and although it feels a little oily to me, it glides over the skin very gently and leaves your skin feeling really soft. I was very impressed with this product and would buy it in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving this to try via the Lancôme rose club. I was truely impressed. I had waterproof mascara on and it’s was effortless to take off. My eyes didn’t sting, they weren’t sore or irritated. Which is a huge bonus! Most eye makeup removers I use- I know that I’ve used them as I get some kind of sensation after. The morning after the removal- I didn’t have any residue or black under my eyes at all. I didn’t find this too oily either, I must of shaken it well. I’ve found that it’s really good for getting off stubborn lipsticks and lip stains too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the greasy eye make up removers as they get into my eyes n leave my eyes burning but Bi facial eyes leaves my skin fresh, soft n since it’s non-greasy so doesn’t leave any residue. I have used it to correct my eye make up too without effecting rest of the make up on my face. A little goes a long way. It is costly but will definitely buy this for my sensitive skin.

Just shake the bottle and squeeze onto a cotton wool pad and cleanse your face. It removes makeup instantly. I have partially sensitive skin too but it doesn't affect it at all. Would highly recommend purchasing this product
