Instead of leaning on the usual Le Beau DNA, Narcisee goes for a powdery, sophisticated musk skin scent. Fresh bergamot and smooth coconut open the fragrance , followed by the soft musk and orange blossom that give a comforting and clean vibe. The drydown of tonka, vanilla and vetiver adds a creamy finish without becoming too sweet. The packaging (bottle) is so far the best looking in the Le Beau line. The torso bottle with a luxurious gold vine and deep blue gemstone. Think of it as the White T-shirt of the Le Beau line. Fresh, effortless and refined. Perfect for Spring and Summer especially when you are looking for something different from the usual tropical Le Beau line.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Jean Paul Gaultier - Le Beau Narcisse is a subtle musk with a strong powdery perfume that is a lot more refined than other JPGs in the line up! My initial reaction was that it smelled quite similar to Christian Dior’s Cologne Blanche however the strength and performance far outweighed itself in initial sprays. The notes are where it threw me the most! On an initial take you smell a subtle hint of coconut and tropical citrus which is layered with a strong powdery note. Slowly over time it transforms it a musk that lingers every so lightly on the skin! This unique scent can be great for spring/summer weather and also great for office wear. It does lean more feminine and so could be layered to balance out the fragrance a bit more. The design of the bottle is unique and I was quite impressed with Jewel to indicate the difference between this bottle and other JPGs

Instead of the usual tropical sweetness, it has a clean, soft, musky scent with a creamy vanilla and tonka bean dry down. The opening is fresh with bergamot, while the musk and orange blossom make it feel smooth and elegant rather than overly sweet. What I like most is how versatile it is. It feels modern, refined, and easy to wear whether you're going to work, going out, or just wearing it casually. It projects well for the first few hours and lasted most of the day on my skin without becoming overpowering. If you're looking for a loud, tropical fragrance, this may not be what you expect. But if you enjoy clean, musky fragrances with a subtle sweetness, this is definitely worth trying. I couldn't stop smelling my wrist after testing it, and it's now on my daily usage.

To my nose, I mostly pick up a very crowd-pleasing, almost fabric softener type of clean scent. There is a slight floral touch, white florals, But it never comes across overly floral. It is smooth, clean, and very easy to wear. I can't imagine anyone disliking this. A safe, clean easy to wear reach. As it dries down, it stays in that safe, fresh zone. I do like it, but I would not say I love it, mainly because it feels it's mainstream and plays it safe. But some wearers look for this, so I get it. It's not a bad thing, because this is exactly the kind of fragrance most people around would probably enjoy. Performance is not bad either, with decent longevity and a moderate scent trail. I gave this 2 full wears before reviewing. Overall, this is a safe, clean, crowd-pleasing fragrance that is very wearable, but for me personally, it is more of a solid like. This is certainly a nice clean powdery fragrance (powdery from the musk, not an iris powdery). Clean safe fragrance. If you are looking to be discovered, and not announced, this would be for you. I do recommend this though. Its a solid fragrance. Very wearable, crowd pleasing, office friendly fragrance.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This brand new fragrance from Jean-Paul Gaultier is my new favorite Eau de Parfum! I am used to wear Scandal from Jean-Paul Gaultier as well and the people who ever got a smell of it know how good this perfume smells! But , Le Beau Narcisse is not the same smell palette! In the first seconds , yes it does smell good but after half an hour , Wow! it becomes something else! The bergamot smell bursts with freshness with a light note of coco , then you smell the soft musk! Then you give out another smell and it smells like good old baby powder mixed with light notes of vanilla and Tonka beans which remembers a mix of fresh laundry on a sunny day. The bottle has the shape of Narcisse the Greek God showing a refined body wearing a golden scarf leaving the view on the attractive blue fragrance trapped inside ! The bottle is protected by a metal tin can with sumptuous graphics on it . The can's base is covered in red velvet so you can use it as a firm presentation stand! My overall experience with this Eau de Parfum is really positive , it's got an attractive smell which I cannot stop smelling on myself as it brings me souvenirs. My wife loves it as much as I do as she can't stop smelling my neck as well! This fragrance is definitely convenient for every day of the week .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The main notes of this fragrance is described as bergamot, powdery dust, and tonka bean. I feel as though this is really spot on. It has such a unique and powdery clean scent to it with a slight hint of cream. It sprays on nicely and has quite an intense initial fragrance. After a couple of minutes it sits and the scent isn’t as powerful and is very pleasant, lasts most of the day. This scent can definitely be worn all year through every season. Very unique and enjoyable. I definitely like having it in the collection

This cologne has a woody and sweet smell to it, the sweetness maybe a bit much for some but I really enjoy it and find it last a long time with minimal usage. Using only 2 small sprays is more than enough and is perfect for a date night or hot summer days. At first you will smell of the sweety smell and as time the woody tones start to show. Atomizer on this is really good, easy spray with a good misting on every spray.
