It didn’t last a full day on me, which wasn’t to my dismay as I wasn’t a huge fan of the scent. I can see why this is a unisex scent as there’s nothing too masculine or feminine about it.

I had to try and wash it off after awhile. I would not buy this and would not recommend it unless you don't want anyone to talk to you. I received this sample in exchange for my honest opinion. I did not like the sample container as it was hard to open and spilled all over when I finally got it open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Gucci perfume in general. This smell.is absolutely my new favorite. You get a fresh spring or summer day wafting through the window. A very clean fresh scent. Light floral middle notes. A slight baby powdery after note. I absolutely love how fresh and clean this smells. Its giving an extravagant soap in an expensive guest bathroom. Fresh clean clothes on a summer day.

I received this sample today from the Bloomingdales beauty box. It opened up with a beautiful realistic jasmine green tea scent. Light and beautiful. Longevity was moderate at around 6 hours. I also feel that the perfume is very pheromonic and sexual. If you love jasmine tea and some sweet soapiness you might fall in love with this!

It’s definitely a rich smell more musky and earthy than it is floral I would say! Recommend for anyone looking for a fine mixture of jasmine and musk!

Absolutely love this. So unique and is so beautifully packaged. It comes in a beautifully embossed box which when opened holds this lovely smelling perfume in a green velvet pouch. It's great for all occasions and one spray is good enough to last.

I would describe the scent of Gucci The Alchemist Garden A Floral Verse as floral and powdery with a bit of warmth. As a person that does not typically like floral scents, this is complex enough to be interesting, and I would definitely wear it. It would fit really any occasion, and I could see it as especially compelling during a warm summer evening. The initial spray is very floral, but that fades to a powdery green scent. The fragrance carries well - not overly strong but perceptible. Overall, a great fragrance to add to your collection!

A Floral Verse is very smooth & not overpowering. I’m more of a musky fan than floral, so I rated the Love at your Darkest a little over the Floral Verse.
