Fairly soon after I started using this I found that it sort of separated but it qasnt too much of big deal so I carried on using it. Now I'm nearly at the end there is a lot of clear liquid which has to be mixed into the lumps. It's fine when it's done but isn't great. Won't buy again. Should have complained at the start but didn't realise it would get worse. I've never had a cream separate out like this before.

The night cream was absolutely beautiful and absorbed lovely. My only niggle was that it was scented. No reactions with the night cream. It was a thick luxurious texture, perfect for giving hydrated skin the following day. Unfortunately the day cream caused a reaction and I had to wash it off. Again, it was scented. Although it did smell very nice.

The full size cream is completely different to the samples. It doesn’t absorb at all, it just sits on top of your skin then balls up and rubs off when you touch your face despite using the entire recommended routine (with or without the capsules). It is terrible. Customer services are non existent too, you will never ever get a response. Do not order this or the lift & firm eye cream!

My mum and I have used the original Ceramide Lift and Firm day and night cream for a number of years and loved it. I recently tried to buy her some more and found it unavailable and replaced with this 'inferior' and more expensive product. It's no longer SPF 30. My mum hates it (and that's strong coming from her!!!). She says it's thick and drags her skin (she's a young 70 yr old) and it has a strange rough texture. Not nice on her skin at all. Plus it smells horrible. She's not impressed with the larger heavy jar either. She loved the original product, it glides on beautifully. Surely if you're going to change something it should be to improve it, not make it worse (and increase the price)!

I’ve used this product for a year or so now, each time I replace it it’s like a different texture. I had such a bad batch I went out my way to email in to complain as it was separating and not the same consistency. The latest pot I have seems so much thicker than my first cream (which was the first one I bought and loved). Not sure if they’ve changed manufacturer or the formula but somethings definitely off. It also leaves my eyes watering and sore- I don’t put it on my eyes but guessing rubbing on my forehead it naturally slips (same as any other products would) but this cream leaves my eyes red and watering all day to the point they’re sore and I can’t see. Stopped using it immediately. Don’t recommend.

I have used this cream for the last seven years, it used to be rich and creamy, but since they changed the formula it feels thinner and more watery. Worryingly it has left my skin red & patchy and feeling dry after only a couple of hours.

I bought it for my wife to remove wrinkles at Christmas time. It worked and now I cannot recognise her!
