[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not one to often purchase Dolce & Gabbana fragrances so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It came in a little sample bottle and I love it. It’s not too overpowering but very noticeable and gives off the very clean smell with a warm and spicy after smell it’s sure to get you noticed. With these sample bottles I don’t think there’s enough of the fragrance to be able to judge how long the scent lasts but with this one I could still smell it after a day at work which was around 8 hours so I’m pleased with that.

It’s so subtle and sophisticated- it’s the kind of scent that you can only smell when you’re close to someone.. and that makes it even more alluring. Classy offering from D&G- I oven that it’s called ‘intense’ while it’s clear they exercised restraint.

Altogether the scent smells like brand new t-shirt, and retired CEO blended in a blender. Was not the choice of my son or my husband. The smell from a distance is noticeable on the person and does last a long time. This is not a floral scent for a blue. As a whole, this is a great option for someone older and likes to be the bold one in the group. It smells like single and looking, if this was a fragrance. I believe it is worth the value of the cologne for the gentleman that prefers bold scent. Not a unisex smell so it is not versatile in my opinion.
