The first thing I noticed was the berry scent—you can really smell the blackberry right away, which makes it sweet and juicy. After a bit, it settles into floral and woody notes, and it definitely lasts a long time. For me, two sprays were too much. The sweetness started to feel a little heavy, so next time I’ll try just one spray to see if it works better. I think people who love fruity, floral perfumes that make a statement will really enjoy this one. It’s bold, pretty, and feels very “dressed up.” I just personally prefer something a bit lighter.

The notes in this perfume are jammy, floral and woodsy, and I think the “jammy” portion definitely comes up the most for me. Floral scents are hit or miss as someone who can be sensitive to strong smells. The jammy notes are stronger than floral, so I don’t have any of those issues with this perfume. I am a big fan of Miss Dior Essence and can definitely see myself wearing it regularly.

I’ll definitely keep it in my rotation, but for now I don’t know if I’d purchase it once it’s empty.
