Beautiful scent with a Lucius hint of vanilla

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, I had been wanting if for a little while, and finally bought it for myself. I love it, the scent is gorgeous, long lasting, and i find it develops over a couple of hours, as it settles. I purchased the EDT and was lucky enough to be gifted the EDP for Xmas. The EDP with more notes has a different more developed scent, that smells similar yet different. I love both, and know that hypnotic poison will now be a regular scent I wear.

Beautiful fragrance. Pulls more nutty than sweet

Beautiful scent that pulls a little too nutty on me than I would like. Originally I sprayed it on a paper and loved the warmth, slight vanilla and slight powder smell but for some reason on me it smells only of almonds but not sweet. More powdery almond. Still beautiful but not what I was hoping for. Ended up purchasing Dolce and Gabbana The Only One, way more gourmand caramel smelling than this. But I found they both layer well together.

Wonderful fragrance!

This is one of my favorite scents! It opens with a refreshing invitation to experience the world of Dior! The sillage is balanced and the longevity impressive! It layers well and goes with any look! I love its sensuality as it progresses. A little goes a long way. I’ve gifted different bottles to friends and family and they love it! I absolutely adore the notes in it! Overall, I highly recommend it!

Smells great

I got this perfume as a gift for my mom, she loves it. I thought it would be okay, I’m picky about perfumes I usually lean towards the Gucci collection with Gucci bloom or Gucci guilty, but I actually love this perfume too and am considering buying one for me I just don’t want to have the same fragrance as my mom lol. It has a very unique but nice scent

Not the smell I expected.

I purchased this last month and I like the way Dior packaged the whole thing and I also love the gifts that came with it. However, this perfume is not what I expected. The smell fade out quickly, I should have bought something else. Maybe I should have bought Jadore or Joy. Wish I can return this Hypnotic Poison for Jadore or Joy.

An old love

This fragrance was a love about 15 years ago and I was desperate to get another bottle after all that time. I love this scent but I do feel the latest version isn’t quite as strong and thick, but it does have an ok moderate performance. A highly addictive scent I won’t ever go without again!

The only perfume I wear

I have been wearing Hypnotic for over 20 years. It’s the fragrance my children and grandchildren relate to ‘my’ smell. Like my Mamaw smelled like mothballs or my Memaw smelled like lilacs. Please don’t ever stop producing this. One of my daughters now wears it. It’s a wonderful fragrance.

Addicting scent

I absolutely adore this sent. I am implemented on it frequently. It smells sweet, but not overly so. I love the almond in it. It’s a lovely fragrance that easily transitions from day to night. I am a faithful fan but I just wish I could find more products in this scent to layer it.
