Easy to apply
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eye definer is very easy to apply. The pen area itself is very sort so it feels very comfortable when using it close to the eye. The colour is stunning and also gives off a shiny texture that looks lovely when applied. Once applied this will last all day, I really thought it would come off through the day, but to my surprise it Sayed on even in the rain! I am so happy with and can't wait to see what other colour options are available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im an eyeliner every day kind of person, so when Influenster sent me their Rimmel London voxbox, I was curious. I usually stick to liquid lines for the permanence, but tested the Exaggerate waterproof pencil liner in blackest black for a week. Its a twist liner, which I kind of hate because the top becomes flat and unwieldy pretty quickly. This makes it difficult to blend using the spongey tip on the other side. I love the concept of a smudged kohl look, but this pencil wasnt soft enough to achieve that easily, and it smudged like CRAZY. Waterproof isnt helpful if the entire liner ends up all around the bottom of my eyes by end of day.

Trying to get into Fort Knox !!
I have used this eyeliner for many years now and really like the way it looks. However I will now never buy this again after having a 20 minute battle trying to get it unwrapped. The wrapping engulfed the whole pencil and was so tightly wrapped that I couldn't even get a small pair of scissors under it to start it off. When I did eventually get there the little sponge on the end was hidden beneath a security tag that left the pencil really sticky when I eventually got that off too. If I had been in a hurry in the morning it would have been binned. RIMMEL PLEASE NOTE, It's an eyeliner, ............. NOT THE CROWN JEWELS !!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself was good once it was able to be applied and placed correctly on the lid. However, the process of getting it on the lid evenly was a struggle. In order to apply it, I had to tug on my lid while pushing hard on the applicator. The application came out chunky and there was very obvious disconnects even when i reapplied. However, once the product was on, it did last longer than i expected. Are there other products that I would recommend over this one? Yes, of course. But there also arent many drugstore options available that work for eyeliner. Take what you will, but this product did not work for me at all.

Rimmel does it again! Not only is their liquid eyeliner my favorite, but their solid eyeliner is my favorite too. It lasts much longer than the other brands, and there’s much more in the tube than there are in other brands, as brands can always be deceptive. However, for the price point the amount that you get & the staying power cannot be beat. The eraser is also perfect as it can be washed off, unlike most others that are made of foam this one is made of some sort of gel like material (that I can’t put my finger on) that I just absolutely love. I’m completely in love with it. Highly recommend!

Smooth and long-lasting, but terrible smudge tool.
I'm not sure why but in the last couple of years the smudge tool has gone from a silicone like angled tool, to a very sponge eyeshadow applicator like tip. The new smudge tool DOES NOT smudge and it absolutely will remove the eyeliner. That's only a small set back if you have any sort of small brush to smudge it with. The formula, however, is beautiful, smooth and lasts for a very very very long time. This has been my favorite eyeliner for about 6 years. I'm a little sad about the smudge tool being changed, but this is my ride or die eyeliner. I have never found an eyeliner as good as this one.

Replacement not a patch on the original :(
I have used the original Rimmel exaggerate eyeliner for many years as have so many others looking at the feedback so why it’s been discontinued and replaced with an inferior product is a mystery. However, good news I have found a replacement identical to the old Rimmel version which is the L’Oréal Gel Automatic Eye Liner pencil! Rimmel beware you have serious competition!
