What's happened to this product??
I've been using Max Factor Creme Puff for over twenty years... The last one had the sponge applicator missing, and I was annoyed with myself, as I then realised it wasn't sealed, so thought somebody must've stolen it from this one in the shop. I've just bought a replacement, and checked the shop to make sure it was sealed. It wasn't, and had no sponge. I checked a few more on the shelf, and none were sealed, or contained sponges. I've now seen all these complaints for the same thing! What's more annoying is, I've just applied it and it's not even the same color... Yet it's meant to be! It's always been a nice rosy type colour, and now it appears grey and depressing on my face! Max Factor I want you to reply to this review, and issue me a full refund please. I am not happy, and will be finding a new product in future!

NO LONGER SUITABLE FOR COMPACT USERS
I like to use a compact since receiving one as an 18th birthday present, and the traditional instructions put a pin in the hole to remove refil do not work against super glue. Infact it bends the pin. I eventually got the powder refills out with a nail file and tweezers but not without cracking and loosing some powder if they are no longer designed to go into a compact it should say on the outside of the container.

Maximum cover
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product recommend to me and I was not disappointed the colour matched my skin tone perfect so u didn't look patchy when applying the product it came off on the brush easily with it gliding on skin full coverage in one product and stayed in place all day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this creme Puff Powder Compact gives my skin a very nice matte finish . It is lightweight and does not feel cakey.A lot of other powders leave my skin looking dry but this doesn't seem to do that. I mostly used it over my moisturiser and it acts like a light weight foundation....So for me its a perfect for everyday use like for quick school run and covers my acne scars really well and gives my skin nice finish. I also tried it over my foundation and it was amazing....gives me really flawless finish.It definately is a my favourite powder compact and would definately recommmend to everyone and would definately buy again and again and again.

Can this still be transferred to a compact
I have been using this product for 30 years and have always been able to transfer it easily into my own compact. I have just bought a refill and find it impossible to remove it from the original plastic container. I had the same problem with the last refill just over 12 months ago. I ended up cracking the powder when trying to get it out. There is still the small hole where you used to insert a pin to release the unit (although now hidden by the label) but it proves impossible to get the thing out without damaging it. Is this still designed to be transferred into a compact? If so, please advise how this is done without causing damage to the product.

Impossible to remove
I have been using Creme Puff Tempting Touch No 53 since 1960. Not only am I disappointed by the removal of the puff but it was virtually impossible to remove the creme powder holder to put into my mirror compact it was stuck down so hard with a different product to the usual one and it all broke while trying to remove it. I have been doing this all these years very happily. Please re think these changes. Not all of us use brushes and they are not practical in your make-up bag, everything gets messed up with powder. Please remember the over sixties who have been loyal for years and years. I never go out with my creme puff compact in my make-up bag

No puff applicator ! After how many years ! Sad
I purchased 3 powered puffs through Boots the Chemists and checked all three to make sure they were intact. Completely disappointed that all three had no applicator puffs included. On reading the other review here it appears you have just decided to stop including them. My mum has used this powder for years and years as long as I can remember and I have used it for over 30 years following her lead. It is so sad you have stopped including the puff after so many years and makes it pretty useless to use when out and about unless you carry and additional brush. I think Max Factor really need to reconsider this decision and go back to including a puff.

Not happy no sponge
I'm so disappointed I have been buying max factor truly fair for years and the last few I bought have not had the sponge inside, at first I thought it was a manufacturer fault but I've just seen other complaints about this and it seems this is in fact a change by max factor, I have seen your response to other people's complaints and using a brush is not an option for me and by looks of it not an option for many others aswell, also it's a lot of money to pay to not have the sponge included, either u rectify the problem and replace the sponge or your going to lose costumers cuz by looks of it im not the only one to be annoyed by this.
