Place a sufficient amount of the conditioner on the palm of your hand and pass it over the entire hair with a focus on the middle of the hair to the ends. Allow it to sit for 2 to 3 minutes, then wash it well. Repeat two to three times a week, cleansing with Trindiva Nourishing Shampoo for best results.
