NOT APPROPRIATE TO CALL THIS AN EYE OPENING ESSENC
OF THE 6 SHISEIDO PRODUCTS THAT I BOUGHT SINCE APRIL 2020, AM MOST UNHAPPY WITH WASO EOE. IT ISNT AN " ICY ESSENCE" AS IT CLAIMS AND IT DOESNT LESSEN THE APPEARANCE OF DARK CIRCLES OR UNDER-EYE PUFFINESS. DOESNT GET EASILY ABSORBED BY THE SKIN EITHER. HAVE STOPPED USING IT. MOST UNHAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF SHISEIDO COULD CONSIDER AN APPROPRIATE EXCHANGE FOR THIS PRODUCT. I THINK " GLOW REVIVAL EYE TREATMENT" MAY BE MORE SUITABLE TO ME. I AM ALREADY USING ULTIMUNE EYE CREAM, AT NIGHT, SO I COULD USE THE GLOW REVIVAL EYE TREATMENT IN THE MORNING. OFCOURSE, I WOULD PAY FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE BETWEEN THE 2 PRODUCTS. Love it!
I have been looking for a new eye cream for ages and find some of them too heavy around the eye area, this is heaven! The texture is so soft and dries quickly into your skin. I see a difference in the bags under my eyes after only a couple of weeks of using this product.

Simply wonderful
Love this product, it is fantastic to use in the morning, straight out of the fridge. Wonderfully moisturising, you only need a tiny amount.
