An ultra-pigmented, satin finish lipstick that provides all-day color and up to 24 hours of hydration while smoothing lips.
- Artist Color pencil: shade 710
A first-of-its-kind pencil for lips, eyebrows, eyeliner, blush, or contouring, with the versatility to create any look.
Step 1 : For up to 12 hour wear on lips, apply over Step 1 Eye & Lip Primer (sold separately).
Step 2 : For the most intense application of color, draw your desired line or shape with Artist Color pencil.
Step 3 : Attach the Rouge Artist cap to the bottom of the tube for the artist like, ultra precise effect achieved using a professional lip brush.
Step 4 : Swipe on Rouge Artist Lipstick to finish.
