1. TONE: With the edge of the index fingers, make rubbing movements downwards over the sides of the nose, along the nasolabial fold. Smooth from the fold towards the outside of the face to the ears, still using the edge of the index fingers.
2. LIFT: Slide the palms of your hands flat along each side of the jaw, starting from the bottom of the chin and moving towards the ears. Then make a deep smoothing stroke over the masseter muscles from the bottom of the cheeks moving up towards the temples. End with an external smoothing stroke over the crow’s feet area with the fingertips. This facialist movement resculpts the outline of the face, lifts the cheekbones and redefines the facial contours.
