Performs like a lip stain
I am hooked! The Matte Liquid Lipstick uses the same applicator bottler as the Juicy Shaker but it is a totally different product. It has a thin consistency and applies smoothly and easily. Your lips soak in the color to a matte dry finish like a lip stain. I like to blot my lips on a tissue to set the color in quicker. The color lasts for a long time but does wear off on areas of your lips that you use constantly like when drinking from a cup or eating something. So retouching is a must but not as often as when using Juicy Shakers.

Soooo disappointed
LOVE the color- Huda Delhi!! It is my lips but better. But, within 15 minutes I need to reapply. In the photo it looks more mauve, but in person it’s a perfect match to my lips. I bought because I remember the Shaker oils that Lisa Eldridge created and I am a huge Eldridge fan. I also bought the hot pink color, Pink and like that. But haven’t tried it long enough. I believe the pink stains my lips long enough to make the purchase worth 1/2. Very sad because LOVE the color Nude Delhi.

Make Sure It Is Working Properly
I initially was underwhelmed because, no matter how much I shook it rightside up or upside down, it seemed more like an oil/gloss with a touch of color rather than the intense color shown in the swatches. I ended up using the end of a pair of scissors to poke the three holes in the base, and voila- I had intense matte color. This is now my favorite lip product. Feels like water when applying, and while it slowly fades throughout the day for me, I still have some color at the end of the work day. I unscrew the cap almost all the way and shake it upside down for maximum saturation of the applicator before applying.

This product is the worst cosmetic I have ever purchased
I've been using Lancome products for over 11 years now and since I'm in my 60's I can say I've been using cosmetics for over 50 years. I've never used a product that has under performed like this one. The promoters say it is supposed to stay on your lips "all day", but barely 15 minutes after I apply it it is gone. Particularly if I have something to drink. I thought I could wear it, have some coffee and still have lip cover, but no, I have to either reapply it or use lipstick. Lipstick actually stays on my lips for a longer period of time than this product. Lancome, I'm very disappointed in this product and feel you should not advertise is as long wearing, It definitely is NOT long wearing.

Great product, but not the packaging
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially received this product in "Beige Vintage" as a sample. I absolutely fell in love with the color and texture of this lipstick. It's more like a stain than a lipstick, it says put and is not drying. It dries slowly, so you have about a minute or so to spread it evenly on the lips. The color is absolutely stunning, it's actually not beige, but a neutral berry color that looks very natural during the day. The only issue I have is with the packaging. It's way too gimmicky for me. The shaker is a little hard to use and the applicator's tip is too large and it's too short, very difficult to control. If this product was packaged like a gloss with a doe foot applicator it would be absolutely perfect.

Like putting water on my lips
I'm very disappointed. I purchased "Why Nut" color. Excited that I finally found the perfect color. Sadly though, the color does not last but as long as a few minutes. It's like putting water on my lips and it drying to nothing. I was sincerely wishing for an amazing result.

A Surprisingly Wonderful Liquid Lipstick
I'm always on the lookout for new matte liquid lipsticks so after reading a few reviews and watching a few swatch videos on this product I bought one (in the shade Completely Nut) and I'm not at all disappointed. It's super pigmented, long lasting, and surprisingly easy to apply. The first time I used it I went out to dinner within a few hours and it stayed throughout my meal, through drinks, etc. until the end of the night. One of my favorite things about it though is how comfortable it feels on my lips! So many matte liquid lipsticks I've used are pretty drying but this one isn't at all. It feels like velvet going on and stays feeling soft and light. I'll definitely be buying more shades of this product.

Shake, shake, shake
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this lipstick in Kiss Me Cherie. While I absolutely love the color, I have to shake it A LOT in order for it to come out in full color. In a way, this is a good thing, because sometimes I will shake it a lot to get something bright and showy, but other days I won't shake it much at all so I can just have a nice, tinted gloss; however, shaking it a lot gets tiring. Furthermore, it does not always last long, such as after eating, therefore I have to reapply it throughout the day. However, it is fairly affordable for a Lancome product and I am planning to buy a few more.
