Benetint Cheek and Lip Stain Lip Stain

This tint doesn't work on my lips, the color just doesn't last and I don't know what I'm doing wrong...I put it on then wait a couple of mins sometimes 30mins to an hour so the color will set and then I put on chapstick but after my first cup if coffee or after I eat the first time, the color disappears! The color last on my cheeks throughout the day but not my lips, so I'm very disappointed. I'm glad I only brought the small tester instead of the big one so I wouldn't buy this again just for a cheek stain. PLUS I found out that Benefit tests their products on animals so its a lose-lose situation. Will not be buying any of their products again.

Benefit Benetint is my all-time favorite blush (liquid or otherwise!) I'm extremely pale with dark hair, and can look ghostly without blush on. I experimented with so many blushes before I found Benetint, and the rest pale (ha, cheesy I know, but really!) in comparison. Powder blushes never seem to last more than a couple of hours on me, and many other liquid blushes I have tried are sticky (ew,) or come out a funny color. Benetint is the perfect color, and lasts for ages after application! The only thing you have to be careful with, is making sure you apply it precisely, or wipe it off very quickly if you mess up, as mistakes can be hard to erase!

I was a little hesitant to try this. It looked sticky, I'm not a fan of liquid blush and I didn't feel that it could be both a good blush AND a good lip stain. A friend of mine swears by it, so I figured I would just try it. As a blush it was okay. It was easy to use, but it was a tad sticky and took some of my foundation off. Also because of the small brush, it took a while to put on, and get it the way I wanted. As a lip stain, it did stain my lips well, but it's your lips, so no matter how hard you try, you'll taste it a little. Well, it made my lips taste horrible. It was okay, but good thing I only got it as a sample instead of wasting my money.

I love this. on my paler than pale skin it makes me look like snow white, its just such a gorgeous flush on the cheeks and on nonflaky lips looks awesome as a lip stain too. You need to blend this REALLY quickly or it will stain your cheeks in however you first put it on (eg if you swipe it on in an X and don't blend it quick enough, you will have an X on your cheeks for the rest of the day) but I still love and could never be without this gem! This does look really nice paired with highbeam (highbeam applied in a circle on the cheek, benetint dotted in the centre and both blended together) it's much more forgiving as the highbeam stops the colour being so intense

I have used Benetint since it's release many many years ago. This is the second time benefit has decreased the size (of the bottle only of course they left the box the same size so you think you are getting the same amount of product.). The new size is 60 ml versus the old 100ml size (which was already a smaller size then the original product packaging) it literally looks like a travel size. Same cost for basically half the product!!! I am currently looking for its replacement product. This is ridiculous!

I just love this product. It gives me the perfect flush on my cheeks that lasts until I wash my face before going to bed. It also looks beautiful on my lips, and I love that I can add just a hint of color for more natural days, or a deep berry stain for my usual retro-inspired look (although I do wish it lasted as well on my lips as it does on my cheeks!!). I think my favorite thing about Benetint, though, is the smell....I'm a sucker for a pretty floral fragrance, and this one is a LOVELY vintage-inspired rose scent that makes me feel like a 1940s pin-up gal. Benetint is a must-have for every girl, no matter what!!!

I loved this product - bought it for many years... It was my go-to for instant colour and light! But then, after COVID, the volume in the bottle reduced... I bought it anyway because I still loved it. But when I bought it last time (about 2 weeks ago) I noticed that it had been diluted compared to my old bottle... It didn't add so much colour in the same way.... Even if I added more, it didn't... Can we go back to the great product we had and were once able to buy? I don't want to substitute it with alternatives but that's the way I'm going now because the product doesn't do its magic like it used to.... Go back to its magic. From a loyal customer who loves this product.
