Satin Kiss Lipliner Lip Liner (Vampire)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this lip liner. The most natural and subtle shade I have ever come across. I used it with the chauffeur lipstick but could’ve used it alone too. I absolutely love it. I just had lip fillers the day I tried it and it covered any slight marks amazingly. My new go too for sure, so cheap but incredible. I’d say a good dupe for boldly bare by Mac. It’s so soft on the lips and spreads lovely if you like to blend it in.

I loved the formulation of this, it felt just creamy enough but not too much to get a a good solid outline (& then, the point snapped off! Bit gutting, but I managed to push it back in so I filled lips in with that rather than waste it) I imagine that was just an unlucky break.. I will get more colours with next order. It is really tricky choosing from a screen & I didn't get what I thought I was ordering but I liked the colour anyhow! Phew. That's rare. I feel like other brands have solved the online lip colour conundrum more successfully, so perhaps colour communication could be improved. I find the descriptions very useful but the pics sometimes contradict them.. which just adds to the confusion.

Formula is very creamy, just like description says "satin". But it doesn't stay on a lips for very long, well, product doesn't claim it is waterproof or smudge proof. Chefeur colour is well pigmented and is good for nude looks and looks pretty combined with Belle Jorden's matte lipglosses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chauffeur is a perfect muted nude for porcelain skin and has a soft autumnal hue. It's one I tend to use all over my lips, rather than just the outline. It glides on well and is a perfect dupe for CT Pillow Talk.
