Miracle Complexion Sponge Makeup Sponge (Miracle Complexion Sponge)

I recently bought online one miracle complexion sponge and a powder brush. It arrived on January 26th at my house and i was super excited to try them. I only got to open the packaging on the following friday, January 29th. So, i got my miracle sponge out, i got it wet so i can use ir for foundation and i start to noticing cracks on the sponge. There was cracks on a sponge that i had just open and not even use. I not very happy about it. About the brush i have nothing to say, amazing and i love it. But i had my hopes really high about your miracle complexion sponge and it was really disappointing. Carolina Correia Vicente

So annoyed and disappointed I have to give this rating but I'm so fuming as I loved these sponges I bought 2 last year and used them constantly was amazed at how smooth my foundation looked when using them. So decided to buy 2 more this year and their is a significant difference now. They are not as soft and don't soak up water effectively and expand to give the gorgeous softness for an airbrush effect as before. They feel rough on my face and dragging feeling when I apply my foundation. Also when I wash them only after one wash it's started to break up and tear apart. I won't be purchasing anymore unless they go back to the old ones. :'(

So this is the second Miracle Complexion Sponge that I bought. The first one was good and it lasted me quite a while. This second one however is another story. As yo can see in the photo this is how it looks like after I saturate it with water and squeez the excess out. FYI the sponge is new. When I do a nice squeez there is still a lot of water in it and becomes very squishi. You can see in the photo those parts that are a bit "flat", there you can really feel the squish. And it feels really disgusting. The foundation looks cakey. Anyone else with the same problem? It is possible to sand it back to the manufacturer, so they can really see what is happening.

I've been using this sponge for a month now and it's just as good as the day I bought it. It soaks up water really weirdly and it won't return to its normal size. But no rips or tears or other issues. It has a great texture and feels amazingly soft.

I bought this sponge to replace using the sponge that comes in a MAC compact foundation I own. After using it for the first time, I was really impressed with the application. Cleaning the sponge, however, was a different story. When I finished cleaning it, the sponge was ripped up severely. I understand this happening after a month or so of use, but it just happened the day that I bought it! If I did use this for everyday, I definitely would not see this product last for 3 months (as the description says you can use it for until it needs replacing). I will repurchase this product again when I have the chance to, but this is really disappointing for me (being that this is my first product from Real Techniques).

I got this sponge about 3 weeks ago and I only used it about 5 times. I started noticing mold very soon after I started using it. It was great at blending but unfortunately I will not be buying this again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

The Miracle Complextion Sponge is an AMAZING tool to have in your beauty box. It is completely versatile and you can use it various ways. I started using the sponge by dampening it and applying my foundation daily. FOr this I used the flat side. This would allow me to get a more sheer natural coverage. I also used it dry and used the pointy side to apply concealer under the eye. I patted it under there to achieve more full coverage. I honestly loved the results from both. And I will definitely be back to buy more. The value for the money is great! I tested Real Techniques for free through an Influenster VoxBox, but all opinions are in this review are my own.

I had received this sponge complimentary of influenster and real techniques and all opinions are my own. This sponge was not a stranger to me since i have purchased it in the past. I love the flat side, the pointy side it helps with blending everything! i use the flat side when blending my foundation and the tip to contour my nose. Damp first then lightly dab! I do prefer this brush over others i have tried, i found it is very gentle, easy to blend and clean. Very affordable versus other sponges that cost twice the price but only work half as good. overall i love it and will definitely be using it for a long time until i find a better sponge which is highly unlikely.
