Disappointing

I bought this product last week and was looking forward to using it having tried it at my local House of Fraser store. Sadly after three uses it has totally dried out. As you can imagine I am not happy about this as this product cost over £20 and should last longer than this. I will be returning it to the store. If I get given a replacement I will use but will not be buying this again but revert to my tried and tested BB gel liner. I have thrown away my receipt as I was not expecting to have a problem with this product. I will however continue to use the Lancome mascaras as I think they are the best on the market. I am currently trying out the Grandiose but will be using Hynose next time.

So Easy

I love this liner. I own several colors, but the brown I just bought is my new favorite. They are so simple to apply. I don't actually use the point of the liner. I lay it sideways close to my lashes for a perfect line. I don't drag it across, I just lift it and lay it down next to the line I've just created. The brown seems to be easier to remove with my eye makeup remover than the colors. All of them stay on till you take them off. And the brush!! How convenient to have the bend for my left eye. (I'm right handed and I like to bend the applicator for my left eye.) Love these liners.

Grandiose Liner

I read the reviews from people are asking for bring it’s back brown. It is true but I really love bring it’s back blue and green also. Please bring it’s back with many choice of color eyeliners.

Excellent!!

I have this eyeliner in Matte Saphir and Violet. I can't understand some of the poor reviews. I LOVE this eyeliner. The felt liner brush is easy to control and leaves a clean line without skipping. It dries almost instantly so if you want a thicker line, you can go back and draw again. The color lasts all day, removes easily and doesn't run or smudge. No raccoon eyes. People have written that there isn't much in the bottle. I disagree. Mine last a long times with daily use. You have to shake the bottle to get liner on to the brush. Love this stuff!

The liner itself is great!

I treated myself to this liner and the Grandiose mascara when there was a bundled deal. I LOVED this eyeliner. It went on bold, and stayed put and that is what I want! However, I do have to agree with others that this liner does not last very long. I think after about two weeks, I was wondering, why is this empty already? I tried shaking it vigourously and still no liner. If you could re-do this liner and put in the amount that the original artliner had, it would be perfect, but it's too expensive when it does not last long. And I LOVE Lancome.

Dried after 4 days!

I'm so disappointed with this. This was my first high-end eyeliner, I've been searching for the right one for ages and decided on this one after a lovely lady in Debenhams recommended it to me. The key features i was looking for was a long lasting, matte black eyeliner. I adored the formula and application of this liner and initially I was over the moon with my purchase, but on day 4 of going to use it I'd noticed the tip was dry to the touch! Not impressed and I certainly won't be purchasing this product again. Biggest waste of money ever!

My eyeliner is dried out within 1 day :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm more of a felt tip pen fan than the normal liquid eyeliner bottle. I decided to give this product a go and now I completely regret it. I got this eyeliner in the mail and on the first use it kind of dried out on me and I was like okay that's fine. By the second day, it's all completely dried out now and the application was a sticky mess. I completely screwed back on the bottle and didn't leave it open. I love lancomes foundation. 330 bisque N is the only foundation that's ever completely matched my skin tone and the reason I had faith in this eyeliner. Still will always be a lancomes foundation fan but definitely Sad I'm going to have to ship it back and wait for my money to come back. It could've been better spent elsewhere for a eyeliner.
